If interested in gaining a room the following is required before key release:
A security deposit of €300.00 (refundable at end of lease following final inspections of both room and unit)
Rent is based per room per apartment and is payable in advance
A service charge for utilities for the duration of you tenure is also applicable, to be paid in full in advance
